Application
Tungsten hexacarbonyl is a transition metal ionic complex with high molecular symmetry. Tungsten hacarbonyl, as an important catalyst, can not only be used as a catalyst to prepare polyphenylene with good fluorescence properties [10], but also to prepare special compounds containing difluorene structure.At the same time, tungsten carbide film can be obtained by deposition on the surface of carbon fiber and tungsten film on the surface of copper matrix by chemical vapor deposition process using tungsten hacarbonyl as material or precursor. Examples of its applications are as follows:

1. Used for preparing a tungsten trioxide nanotube, which comprises the following process steps:
1) With tungsten hacarbonyl as raw material and porous anodic alumina as template, the raw material is laid on the bottom of the ceramic crucible, and then the porous anodic alumina template is placed downward on the top of the raw material. After sealing the crucible, the porous anodic alumina template is heated in the tube furnace, and the tungsten hacarbonyl is deposited in the porous anodic alumina template and continues to heat up. Tungsten hacarbonyl deposited in porous anodic alumina template is thermally decomposed to form tungsten metal deposit.
2) Continue to heat up to oxidize step 1) tungsten metal deposit;
3) The porous alumina template is removed with dilute acid solution, and then pumped and filtered, dried to obtain the finished product.

Method 2: For the preparation of a two-dimensional tungsten sulfide thin film material, characterized by including the following processes:
